再生衛星站2019做了什麼？

1. SchoolOf|思故 Sustainable design course

We have released a 10 episode mindset transforming online course to help designers achieving design and business success as up cyclists. As part of the #CycSatellites project this courses, designers can chose to purchase it independently at any time, or train with it and be part of our project. By learning and mastering the principles of up cycling and joining our project, designer can profit from #CycSatellites and get their tuitions back and get rich entrepreneurial revenue. *All content includes a free intro video with an overview of the course content.

我們發布了作為#CycSatellites「再生衛星站」項目一部分的設計及經營思維轉化課程，共十節。課程採用在線課程方式銷售，設計師可以隨時參與，通過學習掌握自阿生設計原理並加入我們的項目可以收回學費投資成本並獲得豐厚的創業營收。*所有內容均包括一個課程內容概述的免費介紹視頻。

2. SchoolOf up cycling workshops at Lujiazui greenbelt

We demonstrated up cycle design process with consumers and encouraged them be part of the Eco fashion effort. Fashion waste in not only from garment but also packaging. other than make Old from New, we have also looked into other options and collaborated with industry and product designers and look into all possibilities.

我們向消費者展示了再生設計過程，並鼓勵他們參與環保時尚活動。時尚浪費不僅來自服裝，還來自包裝。除了“以舊改新”之外，我們還研究了其他的再生方式，並與行業和產品設計師合作，探討了所有可能性。

3. Professional Panel discussion at French Fonder

We are honored to accept the invitation of French Founder as one of the panelists to discussion the ideas of sustainable fashion with French entrepreneurs.

我們很榮幸地接受French Founder的邀請，與法國企業家一起參與可持續時尚的群組討論。

4. Introducing #CycSatellites at Future Country Living Festival

Participated in the future country living festival organized by Tongji University. For the first time, the necessity, sustainability and considerable economic benefits of recycling design were explained offline.

參與同濟大學舉辦的未來鄉村生活，首次在線下闡述再生設計的必要性，可持續性和它對於企業的可觀經濟效益。

5. Introducing #CycSatellites and collaboration work at mellower coffee

Fashion recycled design can be applied not only to fashion products themselves, but also to other industries. Our philosophy is the circular economy within the industry to achieve effective transformation of sustainable development. Therefore, we tried the concept of using packaging waste products in the coffee industry to make peripheral products, and used the coffee bean transport bag of Melon coffee to design the recycling. We hope that companies are not limited to a conceptual marketing promotion and take recycled design as event marketing, but they can truly design a closed-loop circular economy within the enterprise and can turn waste into treasure for cross-border design of peripheral products. The concept of good up cycle design must be a closed-loop economy after internal integration. This concept was also the core content of our event that night.

時尚在生設計不僅僅可以應用於時尚產品本身，更可以應用於其他行業。我們的理念是產業內部的循環經濟以達到可持續發展的有效轉化。因此我們嘗試了採用咖啡產業中包裝廢棄品製作周邊產品的概念並利用麥隆咖啡的咖啡豆運輸袋進行了再生設計。我們希望企業不僅僅侷限於一種概念化的市場營銷宣傳而把再生設計作為活動營銷，而是可以真正持久的在企業內部設計循環經濟閉環並能變廢為寶地跨界進行周邊產品設計。好的再生設計的概念一定是企業內部整合後的閉環經濟。這個概念也是我們當晚活動的核心內容。

5. Support Red Ribbon Gala at World AIDS day 2019

As a tradition we sponsor charities, and all our donations are 100% commissioned by partner agencies to operate on their behalf. This year we donated a 5,000 RMB worth of sustainable design courses as auction items to support the Red Ribbon Gala for World AIDS day 2019 by ShanghaiPride and Shanghai QingAi health center. Thanks to Ms. Lin for her generous funding to work together for a healthy and AIDS-free future for local youth community. Sustainable development and up cycled design require more people to participate. At the same time, it can help more people find confidence and return to life.

作為傳統我們贊助慈善事業，我們的所有捐助都是100%委託合作機構代為經營。經年我們捐助一套價值5000元人民幣的可持續發展課程作為拍賣品支持2019世界愛滋病日上海驕傲節和上海青艾健康促進會合作舉辦的紅絲帶慈善晚宴，感謝林女士的慷慨資助為在地青年健康和無愛滋的未來一起努力。可持續發展和再生設計需要更多的人參與也同時可以幫助更多的人群找回信心，重返生活。

6. Join "Hello Design" exhibition at Shanzhen

The last event of 2019 is being part of the "Hello, Design!" Exhibition curated by Tongji University in Shenzhen until the end of the year. For the first time, we have shown near 100 pieces of up cycle designs from Re:license, an up cycle design brand of Studio P.I. in the past ten years, and the system diagram of up cycling design is shown in detail. Shenzhen is the center of Chinese women's fashion. At the same time, we also started the actual project of up cycling with local enterprises.

2019的最後一個活動是參與持續至年尾，在深圳舉辦的由同濟大學策展的“你好，設計！”展，我們首次在中國時尚品牌聚集地-深圳向觀眾展示了過去十年Studio P.I.旗下再生設計品牌Re:License的設計作品實物及圖片近百件，並詳細展示了再生設計的系統圖。同時我們也開始了和企業進行再生合作的實際項目。

#CycSatellites: What we will do in 2020

2020年「再生衛星站」要做什麼？

Many people might still confused about what do we do. First of all, we do not take inventories and make them into recycled fibers; secondly, we discourage newly design and produced objects from recycled materials, and thirdly, we only work on inventories and dead stocks. Because, we believe that fabric recycle to fiber and transformation into textile and into garment is not one circle of economy but three. So we only do one thing in one circle as sustainable solution and we believe this circle can minimize the consumption of future making.

許多人可能仍然對我們的工作感到困惑。首先，我們並不會將其庫存製成可回收纖維。其次，我們不鼓勵使用回收材料設計和生產新產品，第三，我們僅處理庫存和死庫存。因為，我們認為，纖維織物回收再製纖維，紡織再轉化為紡織品，再加工到服裝不是一個經濟閉環，而是三個經濟閉環的重疊。因此，我們只在一個循環中做一件事作為可持續的解決方案，我們相信這個循環可以最大程度地減少未來製造的消耗。
