LittleDesignSolution offers sustainable design solutions to fashion and design companies. It also provides education programs to help young designers and industry professionals transform their mindset towards eco-design. The recent development is #CycSatellites, a project created to help companies generate more profits from dead stock and inventory; to help designers set up a more creative and profitable business; to help manufacture base increase profit margins. The project comes with series of online classes from SchoolOf and free accelerative support from  LittleDesignSolution.

As one of the first people-centric companies that provide innovative sustainable solutions for the fashion industry and Human Capital, we are proudly doing our part in the effort to achieve the UNDP goals by 2050.

Our Mission:

To build thousands of satellites on every continent to reduce excessive products in the market within five years, mainly from fast fashion, and online garment retailers, and mass produced clothing market.

With increased satellites, we can generate a multitude of jobs and entrepreneurial incubator opportunities for creative individuals, skilled workers, and differently challenged individuals, and women owned organizations. Not only a life game changer for participating individuals and communities, but they are simultaneously producing enormous contributions to sustainable development.

History:

In 2017, Studio P.I. established an education platform named LittleDesignSolution. With more than 20 years of experience in the fashion industry globally, Lu Min, designer, entrepreneur, educator, and the owner of Studio P.I. felt the need of developing a better system to introduce advanced fashion design techniques, technologies, and management strategies to China and help the younger generation being prepared for a future fashion career in China and globally.

The digital revolution made distance learning and online education possibly bring high-quality education content from anywhere at any time. She then collaborated with industry professions, lectures, and authors in all sectors of fashion, from luxury to mass market, from Europe and the US, and introduced programs, such as live-streamed distance learning programs from Europe, domestic online study programs on sustainability, travel study programs on fashion, interior design, and architecture, STAEM programs for kids and adults. Most of the lecturers have been working in Europe and the US for at least 30 years. With her background working in the luxury sector, she is being able to collaborate with her school alumni who work or worked at companies such as Hermes, Chanel, and Dior, etc. to help students in China have a better understanding of design and management for high-quality products.

In 2018, She created a special section and invited designers stylists, and administrators around the globe to create a series of content under 「SchoolOf|思故」brand, especially focus on sustainable design study. She believes by re-study on traditional techniques, designers can empower their creativity and utilize technology to develop new systems for the future fashion industry. She is also aware of the lack of management and marketing abilities of most of the independent designers and junior designers, thus making their careers in fashion become more difficult. Collaborating with the best professional management team from France, she is trying to help new generation designers to build must better business model.
